Host Michelle Szeto Piras offers a workshop designed for people in the music industry who are doing a lot and feeling it. The goal isn’t to solve people’s problems or have it be a venting session; it's about creating an hour of space to pause, get honest, and walk away with something practical.

About the event
We'll move through three things:
1. Getting grounded in what actually matters: your values. We'll use the Personal Values Compass exercise, a guided process that helps you move from a broad list of 36 values down to your 3 non-negotiables. It's reflective, it's personal, and it tends to surprise people. When everything around you is shifting, knowing your values gives you an anchor; something to come back to when the noise gets loud.
2. An honest look at where your energy is actually going. Once we know what matters, we look at alignment. Because erosion is subtle. It shows up as frustration, fatigue, and that vague feeling of being stuck.
